CS Department has been awarded over $68k technology fee to improve its classroom projection and audio systems and to create a virtual hands-on computer lab. Two classrooms will have the 4k projectors with wireless audio system to provide students better in-classroom learning experiences. The virtual hands-on computer lab will be used by undergraduate and graduate operating systems courses. Each student will have their own virtual computer to practice class assignments such as Linux Kernel configurations and inter-process communications.
