Each of the problem sets is lettered from A to H. The
balloons will be placed on a team's table if they have
solved that particular problem during the contest. This
way everybody can see when a particular problem was solved
by a team. The reality was that the balloon delivery was
not as reliable as looking at the web page during the
competition.
