Protocol for Responding to Information Requests by Members of the Board of Trustees

The following summarizes a directive from the President of FSU.

• Attempt to direct all requests for information from Board members to the President, through JoAnn Blackwell in his office using either e-mail to jblackwe@mailer.fsu.edu or phone 644-0803.
• Respond immediately, when appropriate and you are certain your information is current and complete, and
• Notify the office of the President as soon as you are able regarding your response to a member's request.
• Be sure to keep a copy of your response, in case the President wants to provides copies to the entire Board.
