Meeting agenda: to discuss the issue with the required capstone course 
in the computational biology program not being offered with a sufficient 
frequency.

Items discussed: The issues with the capstone course offering frequency is 
discussed. The group agrees that in the current situation, a practicum class
that is similar to a DIS course, but with clear requirement could be a
replacement for the current capstone course. Jonnathan Dennis agrees to write
the draft for the practicum course for this program.

The group also discussed the broad degree requirement of this degree program,
some issues were raised by Robert van Engelen, Max Gunzburger, and David 
Gilbert. It is decided that this broad degree requirement for this program 
needs to be revisited in the future.
