WEBSITE ASSIGNMENT
This is your first team assignment for this second course in the software engineering sequence.  
It is designed to make sure you are well connected with your team.
It allows you to define the team responsibilies and reporting strategies.

ASSIGNMENT
Make sure you follow the instructions to assure that your assignment format and content is correct.
In a real world situation your customer would define how you would present materials.
Failure to do so correctly can result in non payment of specific deliverables/
So it is very important to follow the instructions for format and content of this document.

ASSIGNMENT FOCUS:  Build a web site to display the deliverables of your project. 
Once you get the site built, send the address to both the instructor and mentor for the course. 

ASSIGNMENT STORAGE:  Since students have a limited number of web pages and thus space, 
it may not be possible for all the project deliverables to be placed on only one web site 
so different deliverables may be located on different team members sites and linked from the main site.

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:  
The project manager should contain the main as noted in the example on his/her site.
The main page contains the team name and links from this page.
It also contains the links for ALL other deliverables.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
ALL DELIVERABLES SHOULD OPEN IN A DIFFERENT WINDOW.
This allows grading by looking at multiple deliverables at the same time.

A backup of these pages should be placed in the directory of the Project Leader.  
Make sure you BACK UP

Please use the example as a guide.

Your deliverables should have the formats dictated by the assignment.  
Most are either word or ppt  as directed by the deliverable instructions.     

Minutes should be done in ONE file and the latest entries placed at the beginning of the file. 

Project plans are done in one xls file with multiple worksheets each labeled with the plan date.

SDS should be in ONE WORD DOCUMENT

USE CASE NAME - the name of each use case as it is used on the use case diagram MUST appear here

Use case Point Value - the use case point analysis value that appears in your SRS and SDS

Assigned to - this should be a link to send email to the person who is responsible for that use case

Use Case Packet - this should be a link to the word document located in the individual team members website.  

UCP Presentation - this should be a link to a ppt file or pps file located in the individual team members website.  It should have the first page of the presentation completed when you submit the deliverable.  The first page should be an introduction of yourself using audio.  You might can use your attendance assignment..

Once this is created no one should have to load up other peoples work other than the work other than that that is included on this site.  
For example SDS 3.0 would be a copy of what is in the link for each use case packet.
