I am an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at Florida State University. I obtained my Ph.D in computer science from the Computer Science Department at Boston University in summer 2007. A more detailed version is here []. I am a member of the Database Group at FSU and the Center for Security and Assurance in Information Technology (C-SAIT).

Research Interests

Query processing in both streaming and relational database systems, management and indexing of large databases, spatio-temporal database applications, stream and sensor databases, data management in uncertain databases, query authentication and data privacy issues in data management, system security issues in database managment and information systems. I am grateful to NSF for supporting my current research on database security issues and query processing in probabilistic data.
