Assignment 2: A second very simple example of steganography

Your assignment is to take the data from the previous stegonagraphy exercise and put it into a picture file of your choice. The only caveat is that the picture file must be obtained from Wikipedia.

Please use the same program that you used to decode the first exercise to insert the data into your image file.

Please email me your original and modified files, along with sha1sums for each.

I would recommend that you use your Caine image in the lab to do this since it does have the software to do this; you can also create a Caine image under QEMU or Virtualbox, along it's slightly tricky to do so.

You can use netcat (nc) to safely move your pictures to a machine that can be trusted to do email. (Obviously, as was pointed out at when you signed the lab AUP, the machines in the lab *cannot* be trusted, and you should never use these for anything like your FSU email.)
