10 Rules for Everyday

by David Gaitros

  • 1. Write every letter as if it will be used against you in a court of law.
  • 2. Calculate every number precisely.
  • 3. The best opportunity to make up for lost time in a schedule is in the beginning of a project..not the end.
  • 4. Be honest and straight forward at all times
  • 5. Be consistent and fair, but firm. The right decisions are often the hardest to make.
  • 6. Make exceptions for the right reason and only because there are extenuating circumstances.
  • 7. Accept authority but do not abuse it.
  • 8. Do not let emotion cloud your judgement.
  • 9. Do not let judgement make you emotional.
  • 10. Go home each day with a clear conscientious and do not take your problems home.
