Ctadel: Math Form Handlers

A CGI form handler is a stand-alone Ctadel application that parses HTML forms containing math.

Traditionally, form handlers are written using Perl for string manipulation.

String manipulation is not sufficient to match math, e.g. solutions to student answers.

Ctadel's simplification can match student answers by structural comparison.
