Two good places to start searching for information on a research topic in computer science are:

Google - the well-known general search engine. You will find that it will also pick up some references to items in the following.
CiteSeer - a search engine for scientific literature. It contains abstracts, links to full text of some papers, and valuable forward and backward links to other related research papers.

IEEE Xplore - a search engine for literature published by the IEEE. As an FSU student you have free access.
There is a similar search engine for ACM publications. Unfortunately, FSU cannot afford the cost of providing free access.

Via IEEE Xplore (see above) the following IEEE conference proceedings on real-time systems are available to FSU students and faculty on line, directly from computers in the "fsu.edu" domain and indirectly from other locations using the FSU libraries EZProxy server.
