Andy Wang receives NSF CAREER award.February 6, 2009

Andy Wang has received the prestigious NSF CAREER award. The National Science Foundation offers these awards in support of the early career-development activities of those teacher-scholars who most effectively integrate research and education within the context of the mission of their organization. The title of his grant is "Tags: A Unifying Primitive to Build Storage Data Paths for Swiftly Evolving Workloads and Storage Media." The award is for $400,000 over a five year period.
