After submitting the online application, verify that all of your supporting materials have been received by doing the following:

If you are not missing any of the items listed above, consider your application complete.

If you are missing any of these items, please do the following:

  • (1) If you did not receive the e-mail regarding the fee, you can still pay it at http://fees.fsu.edu or through the link on the Status Check screen at https://admissions.fsu.edu/StatusCheck/
  • (2) Resume - Upload it to your online application. If this is not possible, send it to the Graduate Coordinator as an e-mail attachment.
  • (3) Statement of Purpose - Upload it to your online application. If this is not possible, send it to the Graduate Coordinator as an e-mail attachment.
  • (4) Transcripts and Degree Certificates - Mail to the Office of Graduate Admissions, 282 Champions Way, PO Box 3062400, Tallahassee, FL 32306-2400
  • a. Questions regarding transcripts and degree certificates should be directed to gradadms@admin.fsu.edu or 850-644-3420
  • (5) GRE and TOEFL scores - Request that ETS submit the scores to FSU
  • a. Questions regarding test scores should be directed to gradadms@admin.fsu.edu or 850-644-3420
  • (6) 3 Letters of Recommendation - You can add or change recommenders in the online application.
  • (7) Send your CFR and Copy of Passport to the International Center, 945 Learning Way, PO Box 3064240, Tallahassee, FL 32306-4240
