-log log-file-path
-log option on the command line to direct G2's standard output to a file. For information on standard output messages, see Understanding Standard Output Messages.
If the specified log-file-path names an existing file, G2 overwrites the existing file.
Example
This command starts a new G2 process and routes its standard output messages to the file c:\g2\logs\01-18-96.log:
g2 -log c:\g2\logs\01-18-96.log
