Displaying Warning Messages

By default, G2 displays warning messages in the Operator Logbook when it encounters errors and deficiencies while running a KB. For example, G2 displays warning messages when it encounters rules that it cannot interpret and references to items that do not exist.

For example, the following figure shows a procedure that references another procedure, which does not exist. Executing the procedure using the default warning message level produces this warning.

You can control the number of warning messages that G2 displays, or eliminate warnings altogether.

To edit the number of warning messages that G2 displays:

For information on the available levels of warning messages, see Controlling Error Signalling.
