Dr. Tian He received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Virginia,
Charlottesville, in 2004 and the M.S. degree from the Chinese Academy of
Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2000, and the B.S. degree from the Nanjing
University of Science & Technology, Nanjing, China in 1996. All in
computer science. He is author and co-author of 20 papers at international
conferences and journals.  His current research interests include
wireless sensor networks, real-time embedded systems and distributed systems.  He
is a member of ACM and IEEE.
